ARQUIVOS HISTÓRICOS DOCUMENTAIS; PATRIMÔNIO E COMPETÊNCIA DO CAMPO ACADÊMICO UNIVERSITÁRIO
El presente manuscrito aborda un análisis reflexivo sobre la importancia que debe considerarse para la conservación de archivos históricos documentales. Considerando 3 partes fundamentales: I.-del orden gubernamental y religioso, II.-de las colecciones en tarjeta postal y III.-de archivos o colecciones de estampillas y cartas circuladas (pre filatelia y filatelia) como evidencia de un sistema postal desde su creación; se busca incidir con estas reflexiones a autoridades universitarias, para que asuman el compromiso de conservar desde el ámbito académico universitario importantes acervos en documentos históricos.

Abstract:
This Work presents a reflective analysis of the importance to be considered for the preservation of historical documentary archives in 3 parts: I.- government and religious archives II.-postcard documentary archives and III.-archives or collections of stamps and circulated letters (pre philately and philately) as evidence of a postal system since its creation; seeks to have a positive impact with these reflections to university authorities, so that they assume the commitment to preserve from the university academic life as important collections in historical documents.
