AQUISIÇÃO DE PRODUTOS DA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR PARA A ALIMENTAÇÃO ESCOLAR EM UM MUNICÍPIO DO ESTADO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO
Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar, na perspectiva da diversificação da produção agropecuária da agricultura familiar e da demanda deste Programa de Alimentação Escolar do município de Presidente Kennedy – ES, nos anos de 2018 e 2019. Trata-se de estudo exploratório, descritivo-analítico, utilizando como técnica a análise documental. Os resultados demonstraram que, apesar do município ter aumentado, entre 2018 e 2019, o valor das compras da agricultura familiar, são necessárias melhorias neste processo, com um trabalho conjunto entre os atores envolvidos, devendo ser formadas parcerias com a secretaria de agricultura, organizações de extensão rural, como o Incaper e a própria associação de agricultores, em uma mobilização conjunta para informar os produtores sobre o processo e fornecer auxilio àqueles que têm potencial para diversificar ainda mais os produtos oferecidos na merenda escolar. Concluiu-se que, em um município que possui sua economia baseada na agropecuária, sendo a agricultura familiar responsável por um grande percentual da produção, torna-se urgente que ações sejam desenvolvidas, o que se refletirá não somente na qualidade dos produtos, mas também na quantidade e diversidade, além de contribuir para a redução de problemas econômicos e sociais locais, visto que a agricultura familiar local tem potencial para atender à demanda e diversidade da merenda escolar do município.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the National School Feeding Program, with a view to diversifying agricultural production from family farming and the demand for this School Feeding Program in the municipality of Presidente Kennedy - ES, in the years 2018 and 2019. This is an exploratory, descriptive-analytical study, using documentary analysis as a technique. The results showed that, although the municipality increased, between 2018 and 2019, the value of purchases from family farming, improvements are needed in this process, with a joint work between the actors involved, and partnerships with the agriculture secretariat should be formed, rural extension organizations, such as Incaper and the farmers' association itself, in a joint mobilization to inform producers about the process and provide assistance to those who have the potential to further diversify the products offered in school meals. It was concluded that, in a municipality that has its economy based on agriculture, with family farming responsible for a large percentage of production, it is urgent that actions are developed, which will be reflected not only in the quality of the products, but also in quantity and diversity, in addition to contributing to the reduction of local economic and social problems, since local family farming has the potential to meet the demand and diversity of school meals in the municipality.
