AQUISIÇÃO DE NOVOS SABERES PELA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM DO CENTRO DE MATERIAL E ESTERILIZAÇÃO
Por acreditar que muitas intervenções técnicas curativas em saúde podem não surtir os efeitos esperados, frente à ocorrência de eventos adversos como uma infecção hospitalar, ressalta-se a responsabilidade da equipe de enfermagem do Centro de Material e Esterilização no processamento dos Produtos para a Saúde. Cabe aos profissionais de enfermagem corresponder à inserção de novas tecnologias. Com este trabalho, objetiva-se refletir possibilidades de novos saberes pela equipe de enfermagem que atua no CME através das estratégias da Educação Permanente em Saúde, sobre as práticas realizadas no âmbito do trabalho. Método: estudo reflexivo, derivado de dissertação de mestrado, fundamentado na perspectiva problematizadora e libertadora de Paulo Freire.Resultados: muitas vezes a educação desenvolvida é realizada desconectada da realidade vivenciada pelos profissionais de enfermagem mediante à complexidade do trabalho. A incorporação das ideias de Freire pela equipe de enfermagem do CME pode proporcionar a conscientização, o desenvolvimento de uma reflexão crítica e, por sua vez, melhor assistência com o cuidado indireto prestado para o usuário dos serviços de saúde. Conclusão: a EPS possibilita transformações no modo de fazer e nas práticas do serviço, o trabalho desenvolvido em ambiente confinado e exposto aos riscos comuns ao CME requer que a segurança do paciente, equipe multidisciplinar e individual, seja o eixo fundamental do processo educativo, com o qual se pode estimular a partir da valorização do trabalho o despertar da auto estima laboral, a qualificação profissional no CME, e destacar a relevância do trabalho realizado para a qualidade da assistência administrada em prol da saúde.

Abstract:
Believing that many curative technical interventions in health may not have the expected effects, due to the occurrence of adverse events such as a hospital infection, it is emphasized the responsibility of the nursing staff of the Center for Material and Sterilization in the processing of Health Products. It is up to the nursing professionals to correspond to the insertion of new technologies. This work aims to reflect possibilities of new knowledge by the nursing team that works in the CME through the strategies of Permanent Education in Health, about the practices performed in the work. Method: reflective study, derived from a master's dissertation, based on Paulo Freire's problematizing and liberating perspective. Results: often the education developed is performed disconnected from the reality experienced by nursing professionals due to the complexity of the work. The incorporation of Freire's ideas by the CME nursing staff can provide awareness, develop critical thinking and, in turn, better assist with the indirect care provided to the health service user. Conclusion: EPS enables changes in the way of doing and service practices, the work carried out in a confined environment and exposed to common risks to the CME requires that patient safety, multidisciplinary and individual team be the fundamental axis of the educational process, with which can stimulate, from the valorization of work, the awakening of self-esteem at work, the professional qualification in the WEC, and highlight the relevance of the work done for the quality of health care administered.
