Rio Quente é um importante
receptivo turístico do estado de Goiás e do
Brasil, surgindo de uma particularidade, as
águas termais ali existentes, o principal agente
econômico. Havendo, no município, estreitas
ligações entre o meio físico e humano. Atraindo
interesses de pessoas a fim de usufruir de
sua peculiaridade, atraindo também, o capital
financeiro. Congregando as características
do meio natural, foi ao longo do tempo
especializando suas atividades econômicas,
como visa usufruir das fontes, bem como da
natureza, sendo este, recoberto por área de
Cerrado.

Abstract:
Rio Quente is an important tourist
receptive of the state of Goiás and Brazil, arising
from a particularity, the hot springs there, the
main economic agent. Having, in the municipality,
close links between the physical and human
environment. Attracting people’s interests in
order to enjoy their peculiarity, also attracting
financial capital. Gathering the characteristics of
the natural environment, over time it has been
specializing its economic activities, as it aims
to make use of the sources, as well as nature,
which is covered by area of Cerrado.
