APRENDIZAJE COLABORATIVO Y PRÁCTICAS PEDAGÓGICAS EN AULA MULTIGRADO: IMPLEMENTACIÓN, CONCEPCIÓN Y ACCIÓN
Este artículo acopia los resultados de la implementación de una estrategia didáctica realizada con docentes de escuela rural de modalidad aula multigrado de la Institución educativa Departamental “San Antonio” del municipio de Tausa en Cundinamarca Colombia, la cual estuvo enfocada al uso y manejo del aprendizaje colaborativo como instrumento para originar cambios positivos en las concepciones y prácticas de los docentes que participaron en dicho proceso. Acciones que hicieron parte de una investigación realizada en este contexto, cuyos resultados llevaron a generar la propuesta en mención, constituida por una serie de talleres pedagógicos realizados con un grupo de diez docentes de escuela multigrado; intervención que fue determinante para el logro de una configuración didáctica específica que se sustentó en la oportunidad de construcción y circulación de conocimientos sobre la importancia y ejecución del trabajo colaborativo como posibilidad para optimizar las prácticas de aula en escuelas rurales, a la vez que enriquecer la reflexión sobre la experiencia educativa y perfeccionar los procesos didácticos que se manejan en estos entornos escolares. Acciones que se centraron en la búsqueda de profundizar la reflexión y comprensión sobre esta metodología que permite la transformación en el desarrollo de las prácticas educativas en este modelo de educación rural. Su ejecución se sustentó en iniciativas de ejercicio e intervención, implícitas en la propuesta de cambio, la innovación y el perfeccionamiento de sus prácticas educativas basada en la metodología del aprendizaje colaborativo.

Abstract:
This article collects the results of the implementation of a didactic strategy carried out with rural school teachers in the multigrade classroom modality of the Departmental Educational Institution "San Antonio" of the municipality of Tausa in Cundinamarca Colombia. It was focused on the use and management of collaborative learning as an instrument to give rise to positive changes in the conceptions and practices of the teachers who participated in this process. Actions that were part of an investigation carried out in this context, the results of which led to the generation of the aforementioned proposal, consisting of a series of pedagogical workshops conducted with a group of ten multigrade school teachers; intervention that was decisive for the achievement of a specific didactic configuration that was based on the opportunity of construction and circulation of knowledge about the importance and execution of collaborative work as a possibility to optimize classroom practices in rural schools and at the same time, enriching the reflection on the educational experience and perfecting the didactic processes that are carried out in these school environments. Actions that focused on the search to go in depth the reflection and understanding of this methodology that allows the transformation in the development of educational practices in this model of rural education. Its realization was based on exercise and intervention initiatives, implicit in the proposal for change, innovation and the improvement of its educational practices taking into account the collaborative learning methodology.
