APRENDIZAGEM DA DOCÊNCIA ATRAVÉS DE ESTÁGIO EM PROJETO SOCIAL
Este artigo trata do processo de formação dos professores de música atuantes no estado de Mato Grosso, provenientes do ensino formal e não-formal, sendo analisados os contextos de formação e atuação de dois estudantes do curso de Licenciatura em Música da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, os relatórios de Estágio Supervisionado de Educação Musical dos mesmos do ano 2019, e as entrevistas semiestruturadas à distância do ano 2020. O objetivo geral é compreender o processo de aprendizagem da docência na formação de professores de música. Os objetivos específicos são conhecer o desenvolvimento das habilidades necessárias ao educador/artista nestes contextos de ensino, formal e não-formal; e verificar diferenças e semelhanças presentes na formação do professor no ensino formal (Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso) e no ensino não-formal (Instituto Ciranda – Música e Cidadania). A metodologia foi constituída da análise do material acima mencionado, procurando revelar aspectos importantes da educação formal e não-formal junto à formação do educador musical. Conclui-se, após análise das informações obtidas, que o processo de aprendizagem da docência pode ser desenvolvido satisfatoriamente tanto em espaços formais como não-formais, sendo visível que o envolvimento dos licenciandos enquanto estagiários em projeto social contribuiu para uma formação mais qualificada, além da relação direta entre o apreendido no ambiente não-formal da perspectiva do aluno, e o apreendido durante a formação formal acadêmica como futuro profissional. Realizar estágio em projeto social exigiu também a observância de uma série de atitudes e valores, que também se fazem necessários para o futuro docente no âmbito profissional.

Abstract:
This article approaches the training process of music teachers working in the state of Mato Grosso (Brazil), who received formal and non-formal education, considering and analyzing the training and performance contexts of two students in the Music Degree course at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, the Supervised Music Education Internship reports from the year of 2019, and the remotely semi-structured interviews from the year of 2020. The general objective is to understand the teaching learning process in the formation of music teachers. The specific objectives are to know the development of the required skills for the educator/artist in these contexts of teaching, formal and non-formal; and verify differences and similarities present in the teacher’s formal education (Federal University of Mato Grosso) and in non-formal education (Ciranda Institute - Music and Citizenship). The methodology was constituted by the analysis of the material indicated above, seeking to reveal important aspects of formal and non-formal education together with the formation of music educators. It is concluded, after analyzing the information obtained, that the teaching learning process can be developed satisfactorily in both formal and non-formal spaces, being visible how the involvement of undergraduate students as trainees in social projects contributed to a more qualified training, in addition to the direct relationship between what is learned in the non-formal environment from the student's perspective, and what is learned during formal academic training as a professional future. Performing an internship in a social project also required the observance of a series of attitudes and values, which are also necessary for the future teacher in the professional scope.
