APRENDIZAGEM COOPERATIVA: VIVÊNCIAS DE UMA VOLUNTÁRIA NO PROGRAMA DE FORMAÇÃO DE CÉLULAS COOPERATIVAS, UNEMAT, CÁCERES/MT
INTRODUÇÃO: O estudo em célula cooperativa durante a graduação é
fundamental, colabora diretamente para a capacitação e formação de profissionais
que irão desempenhar seu papel de protagonistas, preparados para desenvolver o
trabalho em equipe, tornando assim proativos. OBJETIVO: O presente estudo tem
como objetivo descrever a vivência de uma voluntária no Programa de Aprendizagem
Cooperativa (FOCCO), UNEMAT, Cáceres/MT. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de um
estudo descrito, de cunho qualitativo, do tipo relato de experiência, elaborado por
meio das vivências no Programa FOCCO durante o semestre 2017/1. Participaram do
estudo em célula cooperativa o total de dez celulandos, com reuniões semanais com
duração de 4 horas, foram utilizados durante os estudos: artigos científicos, livros,
apresentações em slides explicativos, discussão de temáticas dirigidas, resolução de
atividades e vídeos. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÕES: Percebeu-se que no decorrer
das atividades houve a participação dos acadêmicos nos estudos em célula, dedicação,
dinamismo, proatividade, divisão de tarefas, trocas de conhecimentos, estimulando
assim protagonismo estudantil. Os celulandos estavam comprometidos com o estudo
mútuo, levando materiais para fomentar as discussões, interagindo uns com os outros,
compreendendo as dificuldades e solucionando conflitos. Portanto, observou-se que
diante dos estudos em célula, houve uma interação entre os acadêmicos da célula,
trocas de experiências, estimularam a cooperação e proatividade. CONSIDERAÇÕES
FINAIS: A aprendizagem cooperativa é de grande relevância para o desenvolvimento
de ensino/aprendizagem tem como em foque motivar os alunos, estudos cooperativos,
trocas de saberes em busca de conquistar um proposito em comum, o conhecimento
coletivo. Portanto almeja-se que muitos acadêmicos tenham acesso ao estudo em
célula, pois a aprendizagem cooperativa tem o objetivo de estudar em grupo, e
construção de conhecimento mútuo, aprimoramento das habilidades sociais.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: The study in cooperative cell during graduation is
fundamental, directly contributes to the qualification and training of professionals
who will play their role as protagonists, prepared to develop teamwork, thus making it
proactive. OBJECTIVE: This study aims to describe the experience of a volunteer in the
Cooperative Learning Program (FOCCO), UNEMAT, Cáceres / MT. METHODOLOGY:
This is a qualitative study, described as an experience report, elaborated through
experiences in the FOCCO Program during the semester 2017/1. Participated in the
study in cooperative cell a total of ten celluland, with weekly meetings lasting 4 hours,
were used during the studies: scientific articles, books, presentations on explanatory
slides, discussion of thematic topics, resolution of activities and videos. RESULTS AND
DISCUSSIONS: It was noticed that during the activities the students participated in cell
studies, dedication, dynamism, proactivity, division of tasks, knowledge exchange, thus
stimulating student protagonism. Cellulands were committed to mutual study, bringing
materials to foster discussions, interacting with one another, understanding difficulties
and resolving conflicts. Therefore, it was observed that in the face of cell studies, there
was an interaction between cell academics, exchange of experiences, stimulated
cooperation and proactivity. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: Cooperative learning is of
great relevance for the development of teaching / learning. Its focus is on motivating
students, cooperative studies, knowledge exchange in order to achieve a common
purpose, collective knowledge. Therefore it is intended that many academics have
access to cell study, as cooperative learning aims to study in groups, and building
mutual knowledge, improving social skills.
