APRENDIZAGEM BASEADA EM STARTUP PARA O ENSINO DE EMPREENDEDORISMO
Este estudo tem o objetivo de
capacitar jovens para resolver problemas na
cidade de Ribeirão Preto, SP, Brasil e, a partir
disso, transformá-los em oportunidades de
negócio. A metodologia aplicada é embasada
na aprendizagem baseada em equipe, com
elementos de Lean Startup e Canvas, permitindo
que os participantes da pesquisa construam seu
próprio conhecimento para falhar cedo, falhar
de forma barata e aprender com seus erros. Os
resultados permitem concluir que o processo
de seleção utilizado e a formação dos grupos
com base no perfil dos membros se mostraram
eficazes, pois estes permaneceram engajados
ao longo do projeto, já que todos os voluntários
que iniciaram o projeto permaneceram até a
última reunião. Além disso, a metodologia de
solução de problemas adotada proporcionou
uma aprendizagem ativa, reuniu pessoas e
permitiu que elas construíssem soluções que
atendessem as demandas da comunidade, o
que valida a metodologia em questão.

Abstract:
This study aims to empower
young people to solve problems in the city of
Ribeirão Preto, SP, Brazil and turn them into
business opportunities. The methodology
applied is derived from team-based learning,
with elements of Lean Startup and Canvas,
allowing the research participants to build their
own knowledge to fail early, fail inexpensively
and learn from their mistakes. The results allow
us to conclude that the selection process used
and the formation of the groups based on the
profile of the members proved to be effective, as
they remained engaged throughout the project,
since all volunteers who started the project remained until the last meeting. In addition,
the problem-solving methodology adopted provided active learning, brought people
together and allowed them to build solutions that meet the demands of the community,
which validates the methodology in question.
