APRENDIZADO E CONVIVÊNCIA NA INSTITUIÇÃO PESTALOZZI
A abordagem de temas de ciências para alunos com necessidades especiais é de grande importância, pois auxilia no aprendizado de conceitos, valorizando diferenças pessoais e dando condições para que os mesmos sejam capazes de desenvolver suas potencialidades de forma integral. O ensino de ciências para alunos especiais é fundamental, pois faz com que o ele conheça a si mesmo e também o mundo onde vive entendendo e respeitando a vida. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo relatar uma experiência vivenciada na Associação Pestalozzi, no município de Dourados-MS, em novembro de 2017. Como atividade, foi realizada a apresentação de um teatro, que abordava características de biomas e algumas espécies de animais presentes nas Cataratas do Iguaçu (PR), tendo em vista a preparação dos alunos, dessa instituição, que iriam realizar uma viagem para conhecer o local. O teatro foi apresentado por graduandos do curso em Ciências Biológicas, que representavam personagens que estavam em uma viagem fictícia para as Cataratas. Os alunos da Pestalozzi ficaram admirados com o som das cataratas e se mostraram ansiosos para a viagem que a instituição havia programado. Dessa forma, os mesmos demostraram um enorme interesse durante a atividade, uma vez que tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer sobre as características do bioma das Cataratas. A final, é possível afirmar que realizar atividades com alunos de escolas especializadas é de suma importância, pois aproxima o ensino em ciência e a pesquisa, que se mantém nas fronteiras da universidade, para com os alunos da educação especial.

Abstract:
Approaching science topics for students with special needs is of great importance, as it assists in the learning of concepts, valuing personal differences and enabling them to be able to develop their full potential. Teaching science to special students is fundamental, as it makes them know themselves and also the world where they live by understanding and respecting life. This paper aims to report an experience obtained at the Pestalozzi Association, in Dourados-MS, in November 2017. As an activity, a theater was presented, which addressed the characteristics of biomes and some species of animals present in the Falls. do Iguaçu (PR), in order to prepare the students of this institution, who would make a trip to know the place. The theater was presented by undergraduates of the Biological Sciences course, who represented characters who were on a fictional trip to the Falls. Pestalozzi students marveled at the sound of the falls and looked forward to the trip the institution had planned. Thus, they showed great interest during the activity, since the students had the opportunity to know about the characteristics of the Falls biome. Finally, it is possible to state that carrying out activities with students from specialized schools is of paramount importance, since it brings science education closer to research, which is held at the university's borders, with students of special education.
