APRENDER PROPEDÊUTICA COM A METODOLOGIA DE SIMULAÇÃO: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA FORMATIVA QUE FACILITA APRENDIZAGEM NO MANEJO E IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE AVC
O ensino na área de saúde vem se modificando a cada dia em todo o mundo, assim o ensino tradicional, em que o professor assume a postura de transmissor do conhecimento, tem sido questionado e considerado incompatível com as novas necessidades da área da saúde. A simulação realística é uma metodologia baseada em problema que possibilita ao estudante ter uma experiência mais próxima da realidade que pode ser utilizada no treinamento de assistência ao paciente vítima de Acidente Vascular Cerebral. OBJETIVOS: Relatar a experiência com o uso da metodologia de simulação realística para a identificação dos sinais e sintomas do AVC utilizado no curso de graduação em enfermagem. METODOLOGIA: Estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência, realizado a partir da simulação realística compondo a grade curricular da disciplina saúde do adulto II no Instituto de saúde da Universidade Jorge Amado. RESULTADOS: Diante da experiência vivenciada no laboratório foi possível perceber que a simulação realística proporcionou em nós acadêmicos uma pseudo experiência, que favorece a segurança na assistência prestada ao paciente vítima de AVC. É importante ressalte a figura do professor que atua como condutor da simulação, fomentando o raciocínio clínico do discente frente as alterações hemodinâmicas e sistêmicas do paciente com quadro agudo de AVC. CONCLUSÃO: Essa experiência formativa com uso da simulação favoreceu o aprendizado quanto ao reconhecimento das situações adversas e no agir com maior segurança para atuar de forma precisa e rápida no cenário do AVC.

Abstract:
Health education has been changing every day around the world, so the traditional teaching, in which the teacher assumes the position of transmitter of knowledge, has been questioned and considered incompatible with the new health needs. Realistic simulation is a problem-based methodology that enables the student to have a closer-to-reality experience that can be used in training for stroke victims. GOALS: Report the experience with the use of realistic simulation methodology to identify the signs and symptoms of stroke used in the undergraduate nursing course. METHODOLOGY: Descriptive study of the experience report type, performed from the realistic simulation composing the curriculum of the adult health discipline II at the Jorge Amado University Health Institute. RESULTS: Given the experience in the laboratory, it was possible to realize that the realistic simulation provided us with a pseudo experience, which favors safety in the care provided to stroke patients. It is important to highlight the figure of the teacher who acts as the driver of the simulation, promoting the student's clinical reasoning in the face of hemodynamic and systemic changes in patients with acute stroke. CONCLUSION: This formative experience with the use of simulation favored learning about the recognition of adverse situations and acting more safely to act accurately and quickly in the stroke scenario.
