APLICATIVO PARA APOIO AO PROCESSO ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM DA TAXONOMIA NORTH AMERICAN NURSING DIAGNOSIS ASSOCIATION (NANDA)
O objetivo do trabalho é apresentar
o desenvolvimento de um Objeto de
Aprendizagem (OA) para apoiar o processo
ensino-aprendizagem de graduandos de
enfermagem em relação a Assistência de
Enfermagem por meio da Taxonomia North
American Nursing Diagnosis Association
(NANDA), utilizando abordagem quantitativa. O
OA é app denominado iNANDA, desenvolvido
por meio do framework Android Studio versão
3.0.1 com o Software Development Kit (SDK)
do Android. O banco de dados foi elaborado
utilizando o Real-Time Database versão 13.0
da plataforma de web service Firebase versão
13.0 da empresa Google. A validação do OA
ocorreu com 06 graduandos em enfermagem
de uma Universidade privada mineira. A
avaliação quantitativa visou analisar a eficácia
do OA no processo citado e a percepção de seu
uso pelos estudantes, por meio de métricas de
estatística. Dos resultados, o OA contribuiu para
o processo ensino-aprendizagem, pois antes
de utilizar o app a média de acertos dos alunos
na atividade avaliativa foi de 45,83% ± 29,23%
e após seu uso atingiu 93,75% ± 10,46%. No
teste t, considerando-se um p-value de 0,05 (α
= 5%), o p-value do P observado foi de 0,0046
(0,46%), permitindo rejeitar a hipótese nula,
pois o resultado indica que as médias das duas
avaliações não são iguais estatisticamente,
portanto, confirma a eficácia do OA. Os
estudantes validaram o uso da Tecnologia
da Informação e Comunicação na educação.
Conclui-se que o uso de OA para o ensino da
Assistência em Enfermagem é uma ferramenta
que auxilia e motiva o aluno em seu processo
ensino-aprendizagem.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to describe the development of a Learning
Object (LO) to support the teaching-learning process of nursing undergraduates in
Nursing Care by means of the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA)
taxonomy using a quantitative approach. The LO is an app, called iNANDA, developed
with the Android Studio 3.0.1 framework using the Android Software Development
Kit (SDK). The database was elaborated using the Real-Time Database 13.0 of the
Google Firebase 13.0 platform. The LO was validated with six nursing undergraduate
students from a private university in Minas Gerais. Quantitative evaluation was aimed
at analyzing the effectiveness of the LO in the cited process and the perception of its
use by the students using statistical metrics. The results showed that the LO contributed
to the teaching-learning process since the mean percentage of correct answers of the
students in the evaluation activity increased from 45.83% ± 29.23% before using the
app to 93.75% ± 10.46% after its use. In the t test, considering a p-value of 0.05 (α =
5%), the p-value observed was 0.0046 (0.46%), permitting to reject the null hypothesis
since the result indicates that the means of the two evaluations are not statistically the
same, thus confirming the effectiveness of the LO. The students validated the use of
information and communication technology in education. In conclusion, the LO for the
teaching of Nursing Care is a tool that helps and motivates students in their teachinglearning
process.
