APLICAÇÃO TÉCNICAS E FERRAMENTAS DE PLANEJAMENTO, GESTÃO E CONTROLE, BASEADOS NO CONCEITO DA CONSTRUÇÃO ENXUTA
As empresas do setor da Construção Civil têm investido cada vez mais no planejamento, gestão e controle dos processos construtivos durante a fase de execução dos seus empreendimentos. As ferramentas de gestão têm como objetivo promover uma construção com menos desperdícios e que, ao final, possa se obter um produto com a melhor relação custo x benefício. Sendo assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar técnicas e ferramentas de planejamento de produção, gestão e controle de custos, com base no conceito da construção enxuta (lean construction). Este conceito, aplicado na construção civil, pode agregar valor ao produto final, garantindo menor prazo de execução, menor custo e maximização da qualidade de execução da obra. Por meio da aplicação prática das ferramentas propostas no ciclo PDCA, apresentam-se os resultados positivos que corroboram com a melhoria contínua nos processos de uma construtora.

Abstract:
With the current economic situation of the country, companies have invested more and more in the planning, management, and control of the construction processes during the phase of execution of their enterprises. These tools aim to promote construction with less waste and that in the end, a product with the best cost x benefit ratio can be obtained. Therefore, the objective of this work is to present techniques and tools of production planning, management, and cost control, based on the concept of the construction of the plant. This concept, applied in civil construction can add value to the final product, guaranteeing a shorter execution time, lower cost, and maximizing the quality of execution of the work. Through the practical application of the proposed tools in the PDCA cycle, positive results are presented that corroborate the continuous improvement in the processes of a construction company.
