APLICAÇÃO MÓVEL COLABORATIVA PARA DISSEMINAÇÃO DE SINAIS E INTEGRAÇÃO DA LÍNGUA BRASILEIRA DE SINAIS
O presente trabalho tem por
finalidade desenvolver uma aplicação móvel
colaborativa, Co-Libre, para disseminação e
divulgação de sinais em LIBRAS, propiciando
a integração entre tradutores e intérpretes de
LIBRAS/Língua portuguesa. A pesquisa busca
trazer um novo olhar para os estudos na área
da tradução e interpretação, com o uso das
tecnologias da informação e comunicação –
TICs, ao possibilitar uma ferramenta de apoio
em tempo real. Esta ferramenta está sendo
desenvolvida como uma aplicação móvel, que
auxiliará o processo de tradução e interpretação
de LIBRAS/Língua Portuguesa ao possibilitar
as trocas de itens lexicais como um instrumento
inovador, reduzindo as distâncias e facilitando
o processo de integração ao tornar eficientes
as trocas linguísticas por estes profissionais
fluentes na língua. Além de ser de fácil acesso
pela mobilidade da aplicação, o tradutor
intérprete pode não só obter a informação, mas
também criar, relacionar, inferir, se expressar,
em síntese, pode aprender novos sinais.

Abstract:
This work aims to develop a
collaborative mobile application, Co-Libre,
to disseminate and promote the signs in
LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language), helping
in the integration of translators and LIBRAS/
Portuguese interpreters. This research intends
to shine a new light for the studies in the area
of translation and interpretation, with the use of
communication and information technologies -
CITs, by allowing a support tool in real time. This
tool is being developed as a mobile application,
which will help in the process of translation and
interpretation of LIBRAS/Portuguese by allowing
the exchange of lexical items as an innovative
instrument, reducing distances and facilitating
the integration process by making efficient the
linguistic exchanges by professionals who are
fluent in that language. Besides being easily
accessible through the mobile application,
the translator interpreter can not only obtain
information but also create, relate, infer, express
themself, and in short, learn new signs.
