APLICAÇÃO DE CURSO EXTENSÃO DE ORÇAMENTO DE OBRAS EM BIM COMPARANDO COM A METODOLOGIA ATUAL DA DISCIPLINA DE ORÇAMENTO DE OBRAS DO CURSO DE ENGENHARIA CIVIL DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE SERGIPE – CAMPUS ESTÂNCIA.
A disciplina Orçamento de Obras do curso de Engenharia Civil do Instituto Federal de Sergipe-Campus Estância, atualmente, utiliza a metodologia convencional para a elaboração dos orçamentos de obras, como parte da ementa da disciplina, porém, ocorre um avanço na metodologia de orçamentação com a utilização do BIM 5D (Building Information Modelling) para elaboração de orçamento de obras. Com o objetivo de propagar e promover a efetivação do Decreto Nº 9.983 de 22 de agosto de 2019 que dispõe sobre a Estratégia Nacional de Disseminação do BIM, através de uma capacitação em BIM 5D, e também de comparar juntamente com os estudantes, os dois métodos nos quesitos confiabilidade e precisão dos resultados, fomentando entre os participantes do curso o desejo por conhecer e aprofundar os seus conhecimentos nessa técnica, foi promovido o curso de extensão tendo como público-alvo: técnicos em edificações egressos do IFS, profissionais da construção civil e os próprios alunos de Edificações e Engenharia Civil do IFS Campus Estância. Para este curso foi utilizado como ferramenta, um software de orçamento de obras em BIM 5D que tem integração com outro software que utiliza a metodologia BIM 3D. Após o final do curso, foi feita a comparação entre os dois resultados orçados (convencional e BIM) e foi verificado que o modelo BIM tem quantitativos mais detalhados e precisos que o método tradicional, trazendo assim maior confiabilidade nos resultados.

Abstract:
The Work Budget discipline of the Civil Engineering course at the Federal Institute of Sergipe-Campus Estância currently uses the conventional methodology for the preparation of works budgets, as part of the discipline's syllabus, however, there is an advance in the budgeting methodology with the use of BIM 5D (Building Information Modelling) to prepare a budget for works. In order to propagate and promote the implementation of Decree No. 9,983 of August 22, 2019, which provides for the National Strategy for the Dissemination of BIM, through training in BIM 5D, and also to compare the two methods together with students in terms of reliability and accuracy of the results, fostering among the course participants the desire to know and deepen their knowledge of this technique, the extension course was promoted with the target audience: building technicians from the IFS, civil construction professionals and the students of Buildings and Civil Engineering at IFS Campus Estância. For this course, a BIM 5D construction budgeting software that has integration with other software that uses the 3D BIM methodology was used as a tool. After the end of the course, a comparison was made between the two budgeted results (conventional and BIM) and it was verified that the BIM model has more detailed and precise quantitative values than the traditional method, thus bringing greater reliability to the results.
