Abstract: The present research was developed through a reflective and systematic study, whose main objective was to analyze the effectiveness of active methodologies as collaborative resources in the school context, as well as the impact of their integration in promoting collaborative and meaningful learning. It also aimed to identify the benefits and challenges arising from the use of technological resources to ensure personalized teaching. The methodology used was a bibliographic review, based on comprehensive reading and critical analysis of publications by authors such as BRASIL (2018), MENDES et al. (2024), MORAN and BACICH (2015), and SEEGGER et al. (2012), addressing the topic in question. The results showed that this innovative methodology, when integrated into education, promotes meaningful learning. However, some challenges were identified, such as educators’ resistance due to lack of adequate training, the intensification of access inequalities resulting from insufficient infrastructure that hinders the effective implementation of this new method, as well as the need for intentional student engagement, aligned with the principles of active methodologies: Project-Based Learning (PBL), Problem-Based Learning (PBL), hybrid teaching, and flipped classroom, among other approaches. In summary, the effective integration of collaborative learning tools within the school environment is consolidated as their use is pedagogically purposeful, supported by continuous teacher training, and fostered by a school culture that values innovation and collaboration.
