APLICAÇÃO DAS MEDIDAS SOCIOEDUCATIVAS EM MEIO ABERTO AOS ADOLESCENTES E JOVENS AUTORES DE ATO INFRACIONAL NO MUNICIPIO DE SERRA-ES
O presente estudo volta-se para a
análise das medidas socioeducativas em meio
aberto previstas no Estatuto da Criança e do
Adolescente, bem como sua aplicabilidade. As
medidas socioeducativas possuem finalidades
pedagógica-educativa e levam em consideração
a vulnerabilidade do público a qual se destina.
O estudo tem como objetivo trazer algumas
reflexões sobre o ECRIAD, o ato infracional,
medidas socioeducativas e o SINASE como
instrumento jurídico-político para concretização
dos direitos dos adolescentes autores de ato
infracional.

Abstract:
The present study turns to the
analysis of the socio-educational measures in
open means provided for in the Statute of the Child
and the Adolescent, as well as its applicability.
Socio-educational measures have pedagogicaleducational purposes and take into account the
vulnerability of the target audience. The study
aims to bring some reflections on ECRIAD, the
infraction, socio-educational measures and
SINASE as a legal-political instrument for the
realization of the rights of adolescents who are
the authors of an infraction.
