APLICAÇÃO DA TEORIA DAS FILAS: MELHORIA DO ATENDIMENTO DO HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO MARIA APARECIDA PEDROSSIAN
Este trabalho busca utilizar conceitos da pesquisa operacional com intuito de obter soluções viáveis para a melhoria do serviço de atendimento de pacientes do Hospital Universitária Maria Aparecida Pedrossian da cidade de Campo Grande, Mato Grosso Do Sul. O modelo matemático escolhido para a execução deste estudo, será o método de teoria das filas, o qual visa estudar formação de filas através de analises matemáticas mensuráveis buscando otimizar o desempenho de um sistema e reduzir seus custos operacionais. Para que este estudo consiga ser executado, a metodologia será baseada em pesquisas de campo, cujo principal intuito é obter variáveis necessárias para que haja a criação de fórmulas matemáticas condizentes com o método e softwares específicos para sua resolução.

Abstract:
This academic work seeks to use concepts of operations research in order to obtain viable solutions to improve patient care service of university Hospital Maria Aparecida Pedrossian the city of Campo Grande, Mato grosso do Sul. The mathematical model chosen for the implementation of this study will be the queues theory method, which aims to study queuing through measurable mathematical analysis seeking to optimize the performance of a system and reduce its operating costs. For this study can be performed, the methodology will be based on field research, whose main purpose is to get variables necessary for there to create mathematical formulas consistent with the method and specific software for its resolution.
