Aplicação da otimização em redes em uma empresa do setor avícola
Com o intuito de satisfazer as necessidades dos clientes, diminuir o tempo de entrega, as rotas e os custos, as organizações necessitam de uma gestão adequada dos fatores que possam influenciar os processos de decisões tomadas por elas. Diante disso, o presente artigo tem como objetivo aplicar o algoritmo do caminho mais curto, utilizando a Otimização em Redes, para otimizar a rota de uma granja encontrando o caminho mais curto entre a empresa localizada no Centro-Oeste brasileiro até o seu cliente mais distante. A fim de atingir o objetivo proposto, foi realizada uma abordagem de pesquisa quantitativa com procedimento experimental, por meio do uso da modelagem matemática, com o auxílio da ferramenta Solver do Excel®. Para o desenvolvimento deste, seguiu-se como base a perspectiva de Hillier e Lieberman (2010), a qual sugere seis passos que auxiliam no planejamento e procedimentos a serem desenvolvidos. Ao utilizar a técnica apresentada, pode-se observar que o menor caminho obtido entre a empresa e o destino final, o cliente 8, tem a distância mínima de 1052,7 quilômetros. É importante salientar a contribuição do estudo de caminho mais curto aplicado a organizações, e também a colaboração no âmbito acadêmico como fonte bibliográfica de aplicação da técnica da Pesquisa Operacional na realidade de uma empresa de pequeno porte.

Abstract:
With the intent of satisfying the necessities of the clients, reduce the delivery time, routes and costs, organizations need to have a proper management of the factors that may influence the decision making processes taken by them. Because of it, the following article has the objective of applying the algorithm of the shortest path, using the Optimization of Networks, to optimize the route of one poultry farm finding the shortest way between the company located in the middle-west region of Brazil until its furthermost client. With the objective proposed in mind, a quantitative research approach with experimental procedure was realized, through the use of mathematical modeling, with the help of the tool Solver from Excel®. For the development of it, the perspective of Hillier and Lieberman (2010) was followed as a basis, which suggests six steps that help in the planning and procedures to be developed. When using the shown technique, it was able to observe that the shortest path obtained between the company and the final destiny, the client 8, has the minimal distance of 1.052,7 kilometers. It’s important to highlight the contribution of the study of shortest path applied to organizations, and as well as the collaboration in the academic sphere as a bibliographic source of application of the technique of Operational Research at the reality of a small size company.
