APLICAÇÃO DA METODOLOGIA BAXTER PARA O PLANEJAMENTO DE NOVOS PRODUTOS EM SITUAÇÕES DE INCÊNDIO
As situações de incêndio apresentam diferentes fatores que influenciam a prevenção, geração e propagação do fogo destacando-se os produtos e as tecnologias associadas na configuração dos sistemas construtivos. Este artigo propõe a análise das tecnologias de chapas de gesso de empresas multinacionais para situações de incêndio através da análise e uso da metodologia Baxter: funil de decisões, análise e desdobramento da qualidade. Entre os resultados obtidos destaca-se a necessidade de inovar na produção de chapas utilizadas como vedações para as edificações de interesse social, diminuindo o custo e aumentando a segurança contra incêndios.

Abstract:
Fire situations present different factors that influence the prevention, generation and propagation of fire, highlighting the products and associated technologies in the configuration of construction systems. This article proposes the analysis of gypsum sheet technologies from multinational companies for fire situations through the analysis and use of the Baxter methodology: decision funnel, analysis and quality deployment. Among the results obtained, the need to innovate in the production of plates used as fences for buildings of social interest stands out, reducing the cost and increasing fire safety.
