APICULTURA E SUSTENTABILIDADE: IMPACTOS NEGATIVOS DO USO DE AGROTÓXICOS, UMA AMEAÇA ÀS ABELHAS?
O estudo objetivou através de revisão de literatura, adentrar no debate teórico sobre a motivação da morte das abelhas no cenário nacional, correlacionando com as ocorrências evidenciadas no município de Barbalha-CE. A pesquisa foi realizada entre os meses de fevereiro a agosto de 2017. Os resultados atentam para os riscos da utilização indevida de agrotóxicos e os impactos aos agroecossistemas. As reflexões estabelecidas vigoram como instrumento de prevenção e proteção às abelhas e demais polinizadores, que estão vulneráveis aos drásticos efeitos dos agrotóxicos na sobrevivência dessas espécies, acarretando em consequências ainda incalculáveis. Esse fenômeno pode ser compreendido no território do município de Barbalha, ênfase do estudo, especialmente devido à morte súbita de abelhas no contexto de proximidades com ambientes pulverizados com agrotóxicos por via aérea. A pesquisa atenta para a necessidade de integração de esforços, em busca de minimizar os danos causados a partir da relação da utilização de agrotóxicos e morte de abelhas.

Abstract:
Abstract: The study aimed, through a literature review, to enter into the theoretical debate on the motivation of bee death in the national scenario, correlating with the events evidenced in the city of Barbalha-CE. The survey was conducted between the months of February and August 2017. The results pay attention to the risks of the misuse of pesticides and the impacts on agro-ecosystems. The established reflections are effective as an instrument for the prevention and protection of bees and other pollinators, which are vulnerable to the drastic effects of pesticides on the survival of these species, resulting in consequences that are still incalculable. This phenomenon can be understood in the territory of the municipality of Barbalha, emphasis of the study, especially due to the sudden death of bees in the context of surroundings with environments sprayed with pesticides by air. The research is attentive to the need to integrate efforts, seeking to minimize the damage caused by the relationship between the use of pesticides and the death of bees.
