APA DA FAZENDINHA: CONSCIENTIZAÇÃO DOS PROBLEMAS AMBIENTAIS LOCAIS POR PARTE DOS MORADORES ENTRE OS ANOS DE 2013 A 2015.
A APA da Fazendinha foi inicialmente
denominada de Parque Florestal de Macapá,
pelo Decreto nº 30 de 1974, no ainda território
federal do Amapá. Através do decreto nº 20
de 1984 do território federal do Amapá, sobre
a mesma área do então Parque Florestal de
Macapá, foi criada a Reserva Biológica da
Fazendinha e em 2004 esta foi designada
Área de proteção ambiental da Fazendinha.
Conforme a Lei 9985/00, o SNUC, a APA é uma
área “com certo grau de ocupação humana,
dotada de atributos abióticos, bióticos, estéticos
ou culturais especialmente importantes para a
qualidade de vida e bem-estar das populações
humanas, e tem como objetivos básicos proteger
a diversidade biológica, disciplinar o processo
de ocupação e assegurar a sustentabilidade
do uso dos recursos naturais”. A área em
questão apresenta problemas relacionado
ao planejamento urbano e sanitário, mas
ainda se encontra em boa parte conservada,
sendo que grande parte de seus moradores
entendem a importância da proteção do meio
ambiente, apesar de não tomarem muitas
atitudes inerentes a melhoria local. O objetivo
deste trabalho é analisar se houve evoluções
relacionadas a conscientização dos problemas
ambientais locais por parte dos moradores,
verificando o nível de consciência ambiental
do morador. Serão realizadas pesquisas locais
sobre este assunto, além de buscas à jornais
e outras fontes. Estas informações facilitam
a execução de um trabalho relacionado a
educação ambiental para moradores, fazendo
com que eles tomem atitudes mais sustentáveis
relacionadas ao processo de ocupação do solo,
ao uso dos recursos naturais e a proteção da
diversidade biológica. Com isso, melhoram sua
qualidade de vida e protegem o meio ambiente.

Abstract:
The APA da Fazendinha was
initially denominated Parque Florestal de
Macapá, by Decree nº 30 of 1974, in the still
federal territory of Amapá. Through Decree No.
20 of 1984 of the federal territory of Amapá, on
the same area of the then Macapá Forest Park,

Environmental Protection Area of Fazendinha. According to Law 9985/00, SNUC, APA
is an area “with a certain degree of human occupation, endowed with abiotic, biotic,
aesthetic or cultural attributes that areespecially important for the quality of life and
well-being of human populations, and has as basic objectives to protect biological
diversity, to discipline the occupation process and to ensure the sustainability of the
use of natural resources. “The area in question presents problems related to urban and
sanitary planning, but is still largely conserved, and most of its residents understand the
importance of protecting the environment, even though they do not take many actions
inherent to local improvement. The objective of this work is to analyze if there were
evolutions related to the awareness of local environmental problems by the residents,
verifying the level of environmental awareness of the resident. Local surveys will be
conducted on this subject, as well as searches for newspapers and other sources.
This information facilitates the execution of work related to environmental education for
residents, making them take more sustainable actions related to the process of land
occupation, the use of natural resources and the protection of biological diversity. With
this, they improve their quality of life and protect the environment.
