ANTROPOLOGIA E EDUCAÇÃO – CONCEITOS BASILARES
A Educação é o processo vital de desenvolvimento e formação da personalidade, uma atividade criadora, que abrange o homem em todos os seus aspectos, inicia-se na família, continua na escola e se prolonga por toda a existência humana. A Antropologia tem por finalidade mostrar a diversidade dos seres humanos, para melhor compreender quem são os homens, compreender a humanidade em toda a sua complexidade, sem simplificar e negar as contradições. Assim, surge uma nova dimensão do saber pedagógico chamado Antropologia Pedagógica, dito de forma mais precisa, Antropologia Histórica e Cultural da Educação. Junto com a educação, a antropologia busca o olhar que direciona para explorar as diferenças entre cultura, períodos históricos e indivíduos, sem estabelecer uma norma fixa e derradeira. A Educação dota o homem de instrumentos culturais, capazes de impulsionar as transformações materiais e espirituais exigidas pela dinâmica da sociedade, por sua vez a Antropologia descortina e explora as particularidades culturais do ser humano, além de estudar a sociedade onde ele se insere. O conhecimento do ser humano e sua educação estão intrinsicamente ligados. Não ocorre processo educacional sem se conhecer o homem, portanto a necessidade dos estudos antropológicos é o primeiro passo para que o processo se desenvolva. Por seu lado, a Antropologia possibilita à educação do homem coletivo e social. Em suma, à Antropologia da Educação incumbe o papel da análise, organização, reavaliação do processo educacional e produção do saber, respeitando as perspectivas culturais e antropológicas, na construção do conhecimento pela humanidade.

Abstract:
Education is the vital process of personality development and formation, a creative activity, which encompasses man in all its aspects, begins in the family, continues in school and extends throughout human existence. Anthropology aims to show the diversity of human beings, to better understand who men are, to understand humanity in all its complexity, without simplifying and denying contradictions. Thus, a new dimension of pedagogical knowledge emerges called Pedagogical Anthropology, to put it more precisely, Historical and Cultural Anthropology of Education. Along with education, anthropology seeks the look that directs to explore the differences between culture, historical periods and individuals, without establishing a fixed and ultimate norm. Education endows man with cultural instruments, capable of promoting the material and spiritual transformations required by the dynamics of society, in turn Anthropology reveals and explores the cultural particularities of the human being, in addition to studying the society in which he is inserted. Human knowledge and education are intrinsically linked. There is no educational process without knowing the man, so the need for anthropological studies is the first step for the process to develop. For its part, Anthropology enables the education of the collective and social man. In short, the Anthropology of Education has the role of analyzing, organizing, reassessing the educational process and producing knowledge, respecting cultural and anthropological perspectives, in the construction of knowledge by humanity.
