Ansiedade em Adultos e Idosos com Doenças Crônicas Não Transmissíveis: Protocolo para Revisão de Escopo

• Abstract: Objective: The protocol aims to structure the search for scientific productions on how anxiety appears in adult and elderly patients with chronic non-communicable diseases, aiming to identify evidence regarding its attributes, antecedents and consequences. Method: Scope review protocol based on JBI guidelines. The data search will be in the databases PUBMED, SciELO, Scopus, Cinahl, LILACS, Web of Science and gray literature from the Capes theses and dissertations repository. The studies that will be included will need to respond to the objective of this research and be in Portuguese, English or Spanish, be available in full between 2018 and 2024. The selection will take place by reading the title and summary of the productions found, being evaluated independently by two authors and in cases of disagreement by a third evaluator. The collected data will be organized in Google Sheets. The results may be displayed in tables or charts, in addition to PRISMA-ScR, and will be discussed with support from the literature with the purpose of identifying potentialities and limitations regarding the research topic.
