Abstract: Angioedema, characterized by sudden swelling of the skin, mucous membranes, or both, presents significant clinical challenges due to its varied etiology, including allergic, hereditary, and other forms. This article delves into the pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, and management strategies of angioedema, emphasizing personalized treatment approaches. The analysis spans pharmacological therapy, including antihistamines and bradykinin antagonists, to psychosocial considerations. The discussion highlights the importance of accurate diagnosis and an integrated therapeutic approach to enhance patients' quality of life.
