ANEURISMA DA VEIA PORTA, UMA ENTIDADE CLÍNICA RARA E DE ETIOLOGIA DESCONHECIDA. RELATO DE CASO.
Os aneurismas da veia porta são uma
entidade clínica rara e de etiologia desconhecida,
tendo como fatores contribuintes hipertensão
portal, doença hepática crônica e trauma. Há
também relatos de serem congênitos. Podem
ser assintomáticos ou cursar com sintomas como
cólicas, icterícia e hemorragia digestiva alta em
casos de hepatopatia crônica. O diagnóstico
é feito por ecografia, ecodoppler, tomografia
computadorizada e ressonância magnética.
A conduta pode ser expectante ou ser tratada
(de forma clínica e/ou cirúrgica) dependendo da
etiologia e complicações particulares de cada
caso, como tromboses e hepatopatias.

Abstract:
Portal vein aneurysms are a
rare clinical entity of unknown etiology, with
contributing factors such as portal hypertension,
chronic liver disease and trauma. There are
also reports of being congenital. They may
be asymptomatic or have symptoms such as
cramps, jaundice and upper gastrointestinal
bleeding in cases of chronic liver disease.
Diagnosis is made by ultrasound, Doppler,
computed tomography and magnetic resonance.
The management may be expectant or treated
(clinically and / or surgically) depending on the
etiology and particular complications of each
case, such as thrombosis and liver disease.
