ANDROCENTRISMO E DESIGUALDADE DA MULHER NA SOCIEDADE
: Este estudo de abordagem qualitativa e caráter bibliográfico-explicativo tem como objetivo central abordar sobre androcentrismo e seus reflexos na desigualdade da mulher na sociedade. Conceitua-se androcentrismo, sexismo, machismo, gênero; aponta-se as questões que historicamente consolidaram a exclusão social da mulher como o direito de voto; esclarece-se a importância da educação sexual e medidas para evitar a desigualdade. Questiona-se: como o androcentrismo influencia na construção da desigualdade e na condição da mulher na sociedade? Considera-se que, o mundo social histórica e culturalmente cria formas de ser homem e ser mulher, estabelecendo papéis, comportamentos, vestimentas e espaços sociais e profissionais delimitados à mulher e ao homem, criando estereótipos, preconceitos e desigualdades. A mulher historicamente foi submetida à inferiorização e à subordinação. Numa sociedade em que o homem exerceu e ainda exerce o papel superior e dominante nas relações sociais, a exclusão da mulher de algumas atividades sociais foi naturalizada e por muito tempo, teve seus diretos como cidadãs negados no Brasil.

Abstract:
This study with a qualitative approach and bibliographic-explanatory character has as its main objective to address androcentrism and its effects on women's inequality in society. Androcentrism, sexism, machismo, gender are conceptualized; the issues that historically consolidated the social exclusion of women such as the right to vote are pointed out; the importance of sex education and measures to avoid inequality are clarified. The question is: how does androcentrism influence the construction of inequality and the condition of women in society? It is considered that the social world historically and culturally creates ways of being a man and being a woman, establishing roles, behaviors, clothes and social and professional spaces delimited to women and men, creating stereotypes, prejudices and inequalities. Historically, women have been subjected to inferiorization and subordination. In a society in which men exercised and still exercise the superior and dominant role in social relations, the exclusion of women from some social activities was naturalized and for a long time, their rights as citizens were denied in Brazil.
