ANÁLISIS DEL ÍNDICE DE DESARROLLO HUMANO EN EL PERÚ
La presente investigación aborda el análisis del nivel de Índice de Desarrollo Humano del Perú en los periodos 2017 al 2019, tuvo por objetivo analizar el Índice de Desarrollo Humano por departamentos del Perú, incluido provincia constitucional del Callao. Con una metodología de enfoque cuantitativa de nivel descriptivo - analítico, se consideró como muestra a los 25 departamentos y una provincia constitucional del Callao, se utilizó ficha de análisis documental, la información fue recabada del portal Web del Instituto Peruano de Economía base de dato en Excel, para determinar el desarrollo humano se utilizó del rango de IDH aprobado por el Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo: IDH muy elevado (0,80>), IDH alto (0,70-0,79), IDH medio (0,55-0,69), Bajo IDH (< 0,55), se obtuvo siguientes resultados: Nivel de Índice de Desarrollo Humano por departamentos en el Perú en el año 2017 del total de muestra de 26 departamentos, el 76,9%, se encuentra con un IDH bajo. En el año 2018, 73.2 % de los departamentos con un IDH bajo. En el año 2019, 69,2 % de los departamentos en nivel bajo. Estimando el promedio por años, en el periodo 2017 y 2019 ligeramente alcanzaron nivel medio de IDH, porque Lima metropolitana mantiene nivel alto de IDH. En el año 2018 se mantuvo en nivel “bajo” la media de IDH del Perú. En conclusión: hubo poco progreso de las dimensiones como la vida larga y saludable, acceso al conocimiento y un nivel digno de vida.

Abstract:
This research addresses analysis of the level of Human Development Index of Peru in the periods 2017 to 2019, aimed to analyze the Human Development Index by departments of Peru, including constitutional province of Callao. With a methodology of quantitative approach of descriptive - analytical level, the 25 departments and a constitutional province of Callao were considered as a sample, documentary analysis sheet was used, the information was collected from the Web portal of the Peruvian Institute of Economics database in Excel, to determine human development was used from the range of HDI approved by the United Nations Development Program: Very high HDI (0.80>), high HDI (0.70-0.79), medium HDI (0.55-0.69), Low HDI (< 0.55), the following results were obtained: Human Development Index level by departments in Peru in 2017 of the total sample of 26 departments, 76.9% , he finds himself with a low HDI. In 2018, 73.2% of the departments with a low HDI. In 2019, 69.2% of the departments at a low level. Estimating the average by year, in the period 2017 and 2019 they slightly reached a medium HDI level, because metropolitan Lima maintains a high HDI level. In 2018, the HDI average for Peru remained at a "low" level. In conclusion, there was little progress in dimensions such as a long and healthy life, access to knowledge and a decent standard of living.
