ANÁLISIS DE SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE ACCIÓN TUTORIAL BAJO EL ANÁLISIS DEL MODELO DE NEGOCIO CON DIAGRAMAS UML
En este documento se presentan los resultados del procedimiento seguido para la obtención temprana de los requisitos generales y la estructura del negocio que requiere de los servicios de creación de un software a la medida, es de vital importancia para la correcta evaluación de los recursos que se emplearan y con ello presentar las evidencias que marcan la cotización del proyecto que esta en proceso de solicitud de costos por parte del cliente.
Se presentan los resultados de la modelación de las interacciones de las distintas áreas y actores que dentro del negocio tienen algún tipo de impacto en el sistema que se quiere construir, generando con ello una idea mas clara de las necesidades del usuario que solo sus palabras y con ello poderlo plantear el impacto que el proyecto solicitado tendrá en el devenir de la organización.
Tomando como ejemplo el análisis de las necesidades de sistematización de la coordinación de tutorías del campus Ciudad Serdán del Tecnológico Nacional de México.

Abstract:
This document presents the results of the procedure followed for the early obtaining of the general requirements and the business structure that requires the services of creating custom software, it is of vital importance for the correct evaluation of the resources that are They will use and thereby present the evidence that marks the quote of the project that is in the process of requesting costs by the client.
The results of the modeling of the interactions of the different areas and actors that within the business have some kind of impact on the system to be built are presented, thereby generating a clearer idea of the user's needs than just their words and with this, it can be proposed the impact that the requested project will have on the future of the organization.
