Análisis de la implementación en IES del modelo de descuento electrónico de la Banca de Desarrollo
Starting from their global context to the local context an investigation on microenterprises was carried out since it is intended to offer a financial model based on financing and investment options, to those formal and informal enterprises with scarce liquidity and lack of credit capacity, with resources that guarantee a competitive yield and risk reduction minimum investments and without forced terms; regional enterprises that offer resources both identified in the present investigation. This is transcendental for Colima Mexico society; based on data from INEGI (2010), approximately 90% of the companies are micro and small, and more than 50% are informal type, which narrows down the financing access something that allows the companies to settle operating expenses and continue working.
