ANÁLISE SOBRE VERTICALIZAÇÃO E SEUS IMPACTOS AMBIENTAIS
A pesquisa trata-se de um entendimento sobre a verticalização e seus impactos
ambientais, assim, se entende que normalmente, estabelecem limites para as emissões de poluentes no ar e na água e para geração e gerenciamento de resíduos, juntamente com quaisquer outras condições ambientais para uma instalação individual. Se devidamente projetadas, as condições de permissão também fornecem incentivos para que a comunidade regulamentada proteja o meio ambiente de forma eficaz e econômica e garanta que os interesses privados e públicos sejam igualmente respeitados. Além disso, eles podem fornecer níveis de referência para calcular encargos ambientais ou impostos a serem pagos pelas indústrias. O papel do sistema de autorização para diminuir os impactos ambientais e as funções exigidas dele devem ser considerados no contexto do sistema regulatório ambiental global. O licenciamento no Brasil é geralmente visto como um ciclo que começa com o planejamento de políticas e a definição de normas e objetivos ambientais, juntamente com o estabelecimento de legislação e regulamentos, a fim de dar-lhes efeito legal. É o arcabouço legal que dá força às atividades de interação de autorização, controle e promoção de conformidade e aplicação. A avaliação do sucesso do sistema no alcance de seus objetivos pode então ser devolvida à parte apropriada do sistema por meio de um compromisso com a melhoria contínua do sistema global. Portanto, permitir é apenas um elemento, ainda que fundamental, do sistema de regulação ambiental, e para alcançar objetivos ambientais requer atenção a todos os elementos e à forma como interagem. A Verticalização e seus impactos ambientais no Brasil, deriva da forma como a regulação ambiental se desenvolveu como problemas ambientais específicos necessários. Por exemplo, foi introduzida a legislação de proteção dos recursos hídricos e as autoridades necessárias criadas como a importância do abastecimento de água limpa foram reconhecidas. As medidas e regras no setor da construção para reduzir o impacto deste último: o desafio energético, plano de ação para gestão de energia convoca projetos, "edifícios exemplares" convoca projetos, energia. Até agora, as principais ambições têm envolvido novas construções e gerenciamento de energia dentro dos edifícios, embora a renovação não tenha sido ignorada.

Abstract:
The research is about an understanding of Verticalization and its environmental impacts, thus it is understood that they typically set limits on emissions of pollutants into air and water and on waste generation and management, along with any other environmental conditions for an individual facility. If properly designed, permit conditions also provide incentives for the regulated community to protect the environment effectively and economically, and ensure that private and public interests are equally respected. In addition, they can provide reference levels for calculating environmental charges or taxes to be paid by industries. The role of the permitting system in reducing environmental impacts and the functions required of it should be considered in the context of the overall environmental regulatory system. The licensing system in Brazil is generally seen as a cycle that begins with policy planning and the definition of environmental standards and objectives, together with the establishment of legislation and regulations in order to give them legal effect. It is the legal framework that gives strength to the interacting activities of authorization, control and promotion of compliance and enforcement. The evaluation of the success of the system in achieving its objectives can then be fed back to the appropriate part of the system through a commitment to continuous improvement of the overall system. Therefore, permitting is only one element, albeit a fundamental one, of the environmental regulatory system, and achieving environmental objectives requires attention to all the elements and how they interact. Verticalization and its environmental impacts in Brazil, stems from the way environmental regulation has developed as specific environmental problems needed. For example, legislation to protect water resources was introduced and necessary authorities created as the importance of clean water supplies were recognized. The measures and rules in the construction sector to reduce the impact of the latter: the energy challenge, action plan for energy management calls for projects, "exemplary buildings" calls for projects, energy. So far, the main ambitions have involved new construction and energy management within buildings, although renovation has not been ignored.
