ANÁLISE SOBRE O USO DE TECNOLOGIAS DIGITAIS: contribuições e desafios no contexto do ensino remoto
O uso de tecnologias digitais da informação e comunicação no processo de ensino-aprendizagem permite a troca de informações e a interação entre professor e estudantes. Em especial no período da pandemia da COVID-19, com a necessidade do distanciamento social, o uso dessas tecnologias foi impulsionado pelo ensino remoto, adotado em caráter emergencial por diferentes instituições de ensino em todo o mundo. Este estudo consiste em uma análise a respeito das contribuições e desafios diante do uso de tecnologias no ensino remoto, fundamentando-se em publicações recentes sobre o tema. Dentre as contribuições das tecnologias digitais para o aprendizado, podem ser consideradas: aprendizagem significativa, participação ativa dos estudantes e manutenção da comunicação entre professor e estudantes. Os desafios no uso de tecnologias no ensino remoto envolvem: a dificuldade de acesso à internet e equipamentos e o despreparo de professores para utilização dessas ferramentas. Diante do exposto, torna-se importante a realização de cursos para qualificação de professores para o uso adequado das tecnologias. Também se faz importante a criação de programas institucionais ou governamentais que propiciem aos estudantes meios de acesso às tecnologias. Novos estudos são necessários a fim de conhecer, de modo mais profundo, o uso das tecnologias digitais no ensino remoto, de modo a verificar as ferramentas utilizadas e suas contribuições para o aprendizado, além de abordar diferentes níveis de ensino ou contextos das instituições.

Abstract:
The use of digital information and communication technologies in the teaching-learning process enables the exchange of information and interaction between teacher and students. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the need for social distancing, the use of these technologies was driven by remote teaching, adopted on an emergency basis by different educational institutions around the world. This study consists of an analysis of the contributions and challenges facing the use of technologies in remote teaching, based on recent publications on the subject. Among the contributions of digital technologies to learning, the following can be considered: meaningful learning, active participation of students and maintenance of communication between teacher and students. Challenges in the use of technologies in remote teaching involve: the difficulty of accessing the internet and equipment and the unpreparedness of teachers to use these tools. Given the above, it is important to carry out courses to qualify teachers for the proper use of technologies. It is also important to create institutional or government programs that provide students with means of access to technologies. New studies are needed in order to know, in a deeper way, the use of digital technologies in remote teaching, in order to verify the tools used and their contributions to learning, in addition to addressing different levels of education or contexts of institutions.
