ANÁLISE SOBRE A COMPETÊNCIA DO COMBATE AO BULLYING, CYBERBULLYING E CYBERSTALKING PELOS PODERES CAPIXABAS – PODER LEGISLATIVO
O presente trabalho busca
compreender as ações dos Três Poderes
(Executivo, Legislativo e Judiciário) quanto ao
tema bullying, cyberbullying e cyberstalking.
Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, realizada
através de aplicação de questionário estruturado
e analise de discurso dos representantes destes
poderes sobre o tema. Os resultados evidenciam
uma falta de interesse dos representantes do
Poder Legislativo do Estado do Espírito Santo
sobre o tema, entretanto tramita na esfera
Federal projetos de lei para combater esse tipo
de ação. O Legislativo capixaba exime-se da
responsabilidade sobre o assunto e encontrase
muito atrasado em relação aos problemas
da sociedade, preocupados mais a dar nomes a
ruas do que atualizar-se e efetivamente produzir
o que a população almeja.

Abstract:
The present work seeks to
understand the actions of the three branches
of power (Executive, Legislative and Judiciary)
on the subject of bullying, cyberbullying and
cyberstalking. It is a qualitative research, carried
out through the application of a structured
questionnaire and discourse analysis of the
representatives of these branches of power
on the subject. The results show a lack of
interest on the part of the representatives of the
Legislative Branch of the State of Espírito Santo
on the subject, but in the process Federal law
deals with laws to combat this type of action.
The Legislative Capixaba exonerates itself from
responsibility on the subject and finds itself far
behind in relation to the problems of society,
more concerned with naming streets than
updating itself and effectively producing what
the population wants.
