ANÁLISE SOBRE A APLICABILIDADE DO DIREITO ELEITORAL NA VIDA CASTRENSE
O presente artigo tem a finalidade de explicitar as particularidades do Direito Eleitoral aplicável aos militares, elencando direitos, deveres, limitações e comparando com o Direito Eleitoral aplicável ao público civil. O tema é em regra desconhecido do público de forma geral, não só pela especificidade do Direito Eleitoral, mas também pelo pouco acesso e divulgação de fontes sobre o Direito Militar, em especial no que se refere aos seus singulares direitos eleitorais e procedimentos e ele vinculados, sendo tal parcela da sociedade, atualmente mais evidenciada em face do atual chefe do poder executivo ser também oficial militar reformado.

Abstract:
This article aims to explain the particularities of the Electoral Law applicable to the military, listing rights, duties, limitations and comparing with the Electoral Law applicable to the civilian public. The subject is generally unknown to the general public, not only because of the specificity of Electoral Law, but also because of the little access and dissemination of sources on Military Law, especially with regard to its unique electoral rights and procedures linked to it. , being this part of society, currently more evident in the face of the current head of the executive power is also a retired military officer.
