ANÁLISE SOB A ÓTICA DAS EMPRESAS DO SETOR DA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL NA REINSERÇÃO PROFISSIONAL DO EGRESSO DO SISTEMA PRISIONAL
A reinserção dos egressos do sistema prisional no mundo do trabalho tornou-se um grande desafio na atualidade. Identificar os fatores que dificultam sua recolocação profissional, assim como a compreensão da necessidade das organizações no processo de recrutamento, torna-se uma oportunidade de propor meios que busquem a qualificação profissional, bem como na geração de oportunidade de trabalho no setor da construção civil. Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar o perfil do egresso sob a ótica das empresas privadas do setor da construção civil, no processo que tange à reinserção no mundo do trabalho na região de Piumhi-Minas Gerais e nas áreas adjacentes municipais. Foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas para compreensão do tema, nas quais adotou-se o questionário como método de coleta de informações, proveniente das empresas interligadas ao setor. Por meio da coleta e análise de dados obtidos, constatou-se que a Engenharia Civil corresponde à atividade mais atuante na região. Entretanto, apurou-se que um dos fatores que impossibilita no processo de contratação está associado à reincidência criminal. Por meio da análise, pôde-se identificar que a qualificação profissional proporciona maiores oportunidades de reinserção no mercado profissional. Em decorrência da evolução deste estudo, pelo fato de a pesquisa de campo encontrar-se em fase de coleta de dados, os resultados apresentados e discutidos são embrionários, necessitando ainda diversas ações para aumentar a consistência dos resultados. Ao final desta pesquisa, espera-se identificar o comportamento das empresas regionais sobre os egressos, assim como forma de propor novos meios de capacitação, para que se tornem alternativas na reinserção profissional.

Abstract:
The reintegration of prisoners from the prison system into the labor market has become a major challenge today. Identifying the factors that prevent us from returning to work, as well as understanding the need of organizations in the recruitment process, becomes an opportunity to propose means that seek qualification in the profession, as well as the generation of job opportunities in the sector. The objective of this study is to analyze the profile of prisional system´s egresses from the perspective of private companies in the civil construction sector, in the process related to the reintegration into the labor market in the Piumhi-Minas Gerais region and adjacent municipal areas. Bibliographical research was carried out to understand the topic, in which the questionnaire was adopted as a method of collecting information, from the companies linked to the sector. Through the collection and analysis of data obtained, it was verified that Civil Engineering corresponds to the most important activity in the region. However, it was found that one of the factors that makes it impossible in the hiring process is associated with criminal recidivism. Through the analysis, it was possible to identify that the professional qualification provides greater opportunities of reintegration in the professional market. As a result of the evolution of this study, because the field research is in data collection phase, the results presented and discussed are embryonic, requiring several actions to increase the consistency of the results. At the end of this research, we hope to identify the behavior of the regional companies on the prisional system´s egresses, as well as the means to propose new training courses, so that they become alternative means of criminal reintegration, besides supplying the needs of the civil construction.
