ANÁLISE EXPLORATÓRIA DE FATORES DA INTENÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA SUSTENTÁVEL DE ESTUDANTES AMAZONENSES
O objetivo do presente artigo foi o de analisar, com base na Teoria do Comportamento Planejado (AJZEN, 1991), possíveis relacionamentos entre os construtos intenção empreendedora (IE), orientação para a sustentabilidade (OS) e percepção sobre empreender na Amazônia (EA) junto a estudantes universitários. A revisão de literatura focalizou a intenção empreendedora e a sustentabilidade. A metodologia contemplou adaptação de questionários já validados em pesquisas anteriores (e.g., o EIQ de LINÃN e CHEN, 2009), gerando um instrumento de coleta próprio denominado Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire - SEIQ, sua aplicação em survey com amostra de 409 estudantes de cursos de engenharias e demais tecnologias das instituições de ensino superior públicas atuantes em Manaus-AM (Universidade Federal do Amazonas, Universidade do Estado do Amazonas e Instituto Federal do Amazonas), tratamento de dados por meio de estatísticas descritivas e análise fatorial exploratória (AFE). O modelo fatorial resultante revelou a existência de 10 (dez) fatores latentes, a importância do construto orientação sustentável (social e ambiental) na intenção empreendedora dos estudantes - validando estudos anteriores (e.g., KUCKERTZ e WAGNER, 2010, e KOE e MAJID, 2014), bem como um construto context specific (“Empreender na Amazônia”).

Abstract:
The goal of this paper was to analyze, based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (AJZEN, 1991), possible relationships between the constructs entrepreneurial intention (IE), orientation for sustainability (OS) and perception about entrepreneurship in the Amazon (EA) with university students. The literature review focused on entrepreneurial intent and sustainability. The methodology included adaptation of questionnaires already validated in previous research (e.g. the EIQ of LINÃN and CHEN, 2009), generating a collection tool called Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire - SEIQ, its application in a survey with a sample of 409 students from engineering and other technologies of public higher education institutions operating in Manaus-AM (Federal University of Amazonas, State University of Amazonas and Federal Institute of Amazonas), data treatment using descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis (AFE). The resulting factorial model revealed the existence of 10 (ten) latent factors, the importance of the sustainable orientation construct (social and environmental) in the entrepreneurial intention of students - validating previous studies (e.g. KUCKERTZ and WAGNER, 2010, and KOE and MAJID, 2014), as well as a context specific construct (“Empreender na Amazônia”).
