ANÁLISE DOS RISCOS OCUPACIONAIS PRESENTES NA AGROPECUÁRIA FAMILIAR: UM ESTUDO DE CASO EM RAFAEL FERNANDES/RN
A produção da agropecuária possui uma representatividade significativa
para a economia brasileira. Tal setor possui uma importância fundamental para o
desenvolvimento do país, dado que suas funções percorrem desde o
abastecimento de alimentos a preços baixos para a população até a movimentação
da economia em outros setores a partir do momento que gera emprego, renda e
mercado consumidor para bens industrializados. Diante disso, essa pesquisa tem
como objetivo identificar os riscos em uma fazenda localizada no semiárido
nordestino, mais especificamente na cidade de Rafael Fernandes/RN. Para tanto,
foram realizadas entrevistas com o proprietário da fazenda e com os funcionários
que trabalham no local, realizou-se a medição da produção de ruído e a
luminosidade nos ambientes onde ocorrem a refrigeração do leite e o
processamento da matéria prima para produção das rações, bem como um registro
fotográfico das atividades desenvolvidas, e por fim, elaborou-se o layout do
ambiente de trabalho local. A partir das pesquisas verifica-se que a iluminação e a
produção de ruído tornam alguns ambientes insalubres. Outra problemática
encontrada foi a não conformidade das atividades aos trabalhadores, afetando
desse modo os aspectos ergonômicos, entretanto, o uso de EPI’S ocorre
constantemente e não foi registrado nenhuma fatalidade ou acidente grave no
local estudado.

Abstract:
The production of agriculture has a significant representation for the
brazilian ecnomia. This sector has a fundamental importance to the development
of the country, as its functions run f rom the food supply at low prices for the
population to drive the economy in other sectors from the moment that
generates employment, income and consumer market for goods industrialized.
Thus, this research aims to identify the risks in a farm located in the
northeastern semi-arid region, more specifically in the city of Rafael
Fernandes/RN. To this end, interviews were conducted with the farm owner and the
employees working on site, the measurement of noise production took place and
the brightness in environments where there are cooling the milk and processing the
raw material for the production of feed and a photographic record of the activities,
and finally, he elaborated the layout of the local desktop. From the research it
appears that the lighting and noise production make some unhealthy
environments. Another problem found was the non-compliance of activities for
workers, thereby affecting the ergonomic aspects, however, the use of epi\´s is
constantly and was not recorded any fatality or serious accident in the study site.
