ANÁLISE DOS RESULTADOS DO PROJETO DE IMPLANTAÇÃO DO LEAN MANUFACTURING EM UMA EMPRESA FABRICANTE DE MÁQUINAS AGRÍCOLAS: UM ESTUDO DE CASO
O Lean Manufacturig nunca esteve tão em voga. Empresas vem adotando este modus operandi na produção mesmo sem compreender com profundidade a essência dos seus princípios. É como se fosse algo politicamente correto, e de fato é, pois um cliente olhará com outros olhos se sua empresa for capaz de vender uma imagem Lean refletida no chão de fábrica. A implantação deste modus operandi tem se mostrado ser um grande desafio. Conseguir nivelar a demanda atesta que todas as etapas da implantação foram executadas com sucesso. Adotar este sistema significa reconhecer que os processos não são perfeitos e nunca serão, pois sempre há a possibilidade de serem melhorados, o que significa também assumir um compromisso com o resultado de longo prazo. Este estudo descreve o processo de implantação do sistema Lean de acordo com o escopo do projeto concebido para uma empresa fabricante de máquinas e implementos agrícolas, com o propósito de confrontar as particularidades relacionadas à implantação e a abordagem da literatura quanto as prováveis restrições do sucesso do pleno funcionamento do sistema de produção a partir das expectativas criadas, e posteriormente alcançadas ou não.

Abstract:
The Lean Manufacturig has never been so fashionable. Companies have been adopting this modus operandi in production even without understanding the essence of its principles. It’s like Something politically correct, and in fact it is because a customer will look with different eyes if your company is able to sell a Lean image reflected on the floor of factory. The implementation of this modus operandi has been shown to be a great challenge. Achieving the level of demand confirms that all stages of have been successfully executed. Adopting this system means recognize that processes are not perfect and will never be, because there are always the possibility of improvement, which means also to assume a commitment to long-term results. This study describes the implementation process of the Lean system according to the scope of the project designed for a company that manufactures machines and implements with the purpose of confronting the particularities related to the implantation and the literature approach regarding the probable restrictions of the success of the full operation of the production system from the expectations created, and subsequently achieved or not.
