ANÁLISE DOS REQUISITOS PARA A IMPLANTAÇÃO DA FILOSOFIA LEAN GREEN CONSTRUCTION EM EDIFICAÇÕES RESIDENCIAIS UNIFAMILIARES DE PEQUENO PORTE
A filosofia Lean Green Construction
consiste numa fusão dos conceitos de
construção enxuta e sustentável. Enquanto
a Lean Construction se preocupa com o
planejamento e gestão dos empreendimentos,
visando a redução das parcelas que não
agregam valor ao produto final, bem como a
minimização dos desperdícios relacionados
ao processo produtivo, o Green Building leva
em consideração a sustentabilidade no projeto
em todas as suas fases, desde a extração dos
recursos naturais até o fim de sua vida útil,
importando-se não somente com a edificação,
mas também com o ambiente ao seu entorno.
Neste contexto, foram criadas certificações que
se utilizam de critérios práticos para avaliar o
quão sustentável uma edificação é, agregando
valor aos empreendimentos e tornando-os
“modelos” para futuros projetos. No Brasil,
selos como o Casa Azul da Caixa Econômica
Federal desempenham papel relevante na
caracterização de edificações que trilham um
caminho rumo à sustentabilidade. O presente
trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os requisitos
para a implantação da filosofia Lean Green
Construction, visando desenvolver algumas
diretrizes que orientem a sua adequação a
construções de residências unifamiliares de
pequeno porte. Para isso, realizou-se uma
revisão bibliográfica sobre o assunto, avaliando
a influência dos conceitos da Lean Construction
na construção de edificações sustentáveis,
além de realizar uma análise comparativa entre
os selos LEED, AQUA – HQE e Casa Azul,
buscando critérios para a implementação dos
conceitos Lean Green a projetos de edificações
residenciais de pequeno porte.

Abstract:
The Lean Green Construction
philosophy is a fusion of the concepts of lean
and sustainable construction. While Lean
Construction is concerned with the planning
and management of the enterprises, aiming at
reducing the parcels that do not add value to the final product, as well as minimizing
the waste related to the production process, Green Building takes into account the
sustainability in the project in all its phases, from the extraction of natural resources to
the end of its useful life, caring not only with the building, but also with the environment
to its surroundings. In this context, certifications were created using practical criteria
to evaluate how sustainable a building is, adding value to the projects and making
them “models” for future projects. In Brazil, stamps such as the Blue House of the
Federal Savings Bank play an important role in the characterization of buildings that
walk a path towards sustainability. The present work has the objective of analyzing
the requirements for the implementation of the Lean Green Construction philosophy,
aiming to develop some guidelines that guide its adequacy to the construction of small
single family dwellings. For this, a bibliographic review on the subject was carried out,
evaluating the influence of the concepts of Lean Construction in the construction of
sustainable buildings, besides performing a comparative analysis between the LEED,
AQUA - HQE and Casa Azul seals, searching for criteria for the implementation of Lean
Green concepts to small residential building projects.
