ANÁLISE DOS PROCESSOS INTERNOS E DO FLUXO DE INFORMAÇÕES NO SETOR DE RECEBIMENTO FISCAL EM UMA EMPRESA MULTINACIONAL.
Considerando a importância da
eficiência na passagem de informações,
proporcionando eficácia dos processos e
vantagens competitivas no mercado. Considerase
as informações, objetivas e tempestivas,
essenciais para a tomada de decisões. Dessa
forma, o presente estudo apresenta uma
análise dos processos internos e do fluxo de
informações no setor de recebimento fiscal
em uma empresa multinacional, abordando os
impactos de possíveis falhas e os principais
problemas observados no decorrer de 1 (um)
ano de análise. Esta análise objetiva propor
possíveis melhorias a partir da geração de
novas ideias que possibilitem aumentar a
eficiência dos processos e gerar mais rapidez
no fluxo de informações.

Abstract:
Considering the importance of
efficiency in the process of sharing information,
providing the effectiveness of the process and
competitive advantage in the job market. Taking
in consideration precise and relevant information
that are vital in the decision making process.
Thus, the present paper features an analysis of
the internal process regarding the information
flow in a tax department of a multinational company, approaching the possible damage
and failures in the process as well as the main problems over a year. The analysis has
by objective to provide great improvement through new ideas that may increase the
efficiency of the process and generate faster information flow.
