ANÁLISE DOS ÍNDICES DE TRANSTORNOS HIPERTENSIVOS NA GRAVIDEZ
O organismo feminino sofre inúmeras alterações multissistêmicas durante o período gestacional, as quais são consideradas fisiológicas e envolvem o sistema cardiovascular. No entanto, existem efeitos deletérios constitutivos na gravidez, sendo as patologias hipertensivas as mais comuns. Esse capítulo apresenta a avaliação dos índices de transtornos hipertensivos na gravidez, bem como suas complicações, por meio de um estudo transversal, observacional e quantitativo realizado na base de dados DATASUS/TABNET (Sistemas de Informações Hospitalares do SUS – SIH/SUS) no período de 2015 a 2019. Observou-se que a maior parte das internações são realizadas no caráter de urgência e em instâncias públicas. A região com mais casos registrados foi a Sudeste e a com mais óbitos a região Nordeste. O ano com mais atendimentos foi 2018 e a faixa etária com mais casos de internações e óbitos foi entre 20 e 29 anos. Além disso, a cor/raça das gestantes mais afetadas foi a parda. Assim, os transtornos hipertensivos na gravidez e suas características fisiopatológicas apresentaram-se com elevada prevalência nos casos de urgência, refletindo na importância da verificação desses casos no cenário brasileiro, a fim de promover contribuições estatísticas para possíveis intervenções que tenham a finalidade de minimizar esses elevados índices.

Abstract:
The female organism undergoes numerous multisystemic changes during the gestational period, which are considered physiological and involve the cardiovascular system. However, there are deleterious constitutive effects in pregnancy, and hypertensive pathologies are the most common. This chapter presents the evaluation of the rates of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, as well as its complications, through a cross-sectional, observational and quantitative study conducted in the DATASUS/TABNET database (SUS Hospital Information Systems - SIH/SUS) in the period from 2015 to 2019. It was observed that most hospitalizations are performed as a matter of urgency and in public instances. The region with the most registered cases was the Southeast and the region with the most deaths in the Northeast region. The year with the most visits was 2018 and the age group with the most cases of hospitalizations and deaths was between 20 and 29 years. In addition, the color/race of the most affected pregnant women was brown. Thus, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and their pathophysiological characteristics presented high prevalence in urgent cases, reflecting on the importance of verifying these cases in the Brazilian scenario, in order to promote statistical contributions to possible interventions that have the purpose of minimizing these high rates.
