ANÁLISE DO USO DE TELA OU MATRIZ DÉRMICA ACELULAR ASSOCIADA A IMPLANTE DE SILICONE EM RECONSTRUÇÕES MAMÁRIAS
A reconstrução mamária imediata com implantes pós-mastectomia figura-se como prática comum em cirurgia reconstrutora. Porém, a falta de tecidos moles para a cobertura dos implantes, condição frequente em pacientes oncológicas, pode ser um obstáculo para a reconstrução com implantes. Uma tática cirúrgica para fornecer cobertura extra é a utilização de telas sintéticas ou matrizes dérmicas acelulares. Muito há de ser estudado nesse contexto, ainda, devido ao grande número de produtos disponíveis, bem como a falta de padronização dos trabalhos publicados. Portanto, esse estudo objetiva revisitar publicações relevantes ao tema, em uma breve revisão de literatura.

Abstract:
The immediate implant-based breast reconstruction figures as a common approach in reconstruction surgery. However, the lack of soft tissues for implant covering, a frequent condition in oncologic patients, may be an issue to implant-based reconstruction. One surgical strategy in order to provide extra covering, is the use of synthetic meshes or acellular dermal matrices. Much still has to be studied in this context, due to the great number of products available, as well as the lack of standardization of published works. Thus, the objective of this study is to revisit relevant publications regarding the subject, in a brief literature review.
