ANÁLISE DO USO DE PSICOTRÓPICOS POR IDOSOS QUE SOREM VIOLÊNCIA: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
O tema escolhido fez-se devido ao aumento de casos de violência contra a pessoa idosa, de forma preocupante, bem como o aumento do uso de psicotrópicos por parte do mesmo. O número de idosos tem crescido todos os anos em nosso país; segundo o IBGE até o ano de 2050 a população de idosos no Brasil irá triplicar. (IBGE,2018).Dessa forma cresce também as denuncias de maus tratos e muitas outras violências sofridas pelos idosos. Em vista disso, reforçou-se a necessidade de falarmos sobre esse tema. Existem vários fatores de risco, que aumentam a probabilidade de uma pessoa idosa tornar-se uma vítima de abuso e diante de tal situação se faz necessário o uso continuo de medicamentos por apresentarem transtornos emocionais e comportamentais decorrentes dessas violências como, por exemplo, depressão, distúrbios no sono e aumento da ansiedade. Diante desse pressuposto será relatado um pouco desse conjunto de ações sofrida pela pessoa idosa, e que o leva o mesmo a fazer uso desse tipo de medicação. Infelizmente o envelhecimento populacional traz sob sua responsabilidade problemas de saúde que desafiam sistemas de saúde. E apesar do envelhecimento não significar necessariamente adoecer, a sociedade problematizar bastante essa faixa etária da vida. Dentro deste contexto, muitos idosos acabam recorrendo ao uso de psicotrópicos, o que pode ser explicado, em parte, pelo reconhecimento dos benefícios de sua utilização nos distúrbios afetivos, como ansiedade e depressão (BEE, 1997).

Abstract:
The theme chosen was due to the increase in cases of violence against the elderly, in a worrying way, as well as the increase in the use of psychotropic drugs by the same. The number of elderly people has grown every year in our country; according to the IBGE by the year 2050 the elderly population in Brazil will triple. (IBGE, 2018). Thus, there is also a growing number of complaints of mistreatment and many other violence suffered by the elderly. In view of this, the need to talk about this topic was reinforced. There are several risk factors, which increase the likelihood of an elderly person becoming a victim of abuse and in face of such a situation it is necessary to continue the use of medications because they present emotional and behavioral disorders resulting from these violence, such as depression, sleep disturbances and increased anxiety. Given this assumption, a little of this set of actions suffered by the elderly person will be reported, which leads him to make use of this type of medication. Unfortunately, population aging brings health problems that challenge health systems. And although aging does not necessarily mean getting sick, society does problematize this age group of life. Within this context, many elderly people end up resorting to the use of psychotropic drugs, which can be explained, in part, by the recognition of the benefits of its use in affective disorders, such as anxiety and depression (BEE, 1997).
