ANÁLISE DO RISCO DE ACIDENTE VASCULAR ENCEFÁLICO EM HIPERTENSOS: DEPARTAMENTO DE INFORMÁTICA DO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE
Introdução: A hipertensão é um fator de risco para inúmeras doenças cardíacas assim como forte desencadeador de doenças neurológicas, como a principal sendo o Acidente Vascular Encefálico. Objetivos: analisar o risco de Acidente Vascular Encefálico em pacientes com hipertensão arterial sistêmico utilizando sistemas de informações em saúde do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo, transversal. Obtidos por meio de consulta ao Sistema de informações de Saúde (TABNET), usando os dados do Sistema de Cadastramento e Acompanhamento de Hipertensos e Diabéticos do Sistema de Cadastramento e Acompanhamento de Hipertensos e Diabéticos durante o período de janeiro de 2002 a março de 2013 no Brasil, que moram na região do Nordeste. Foi realizada uma análise descritiva por meio do programa estatístico SPSS, versão 20, disponível gratuitamente online. Por se tratar de um banco de domínio público, gratuito não foi necessário submeter o projeto ao Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa. Resultados: Obtivemos o total de 119,438 pessoas estudadas. Sendo prevalente as idades de 60 a 64 anos com 13,15%, sexo feminino em 60,07% dos casos, o principal risco foi muito alto e alto com 72% dos casos e como não calculado 27,99% dos dados incompletos. Conclusão: Os dados do Departamento de Informática do Sistema Único de Saúde devem ser informados completos por profissionais de saúde para que haja a eficácia de possíveis estudos na área da saúde.

Abstract:
Introduction: Hypertension is a risk factor for numerous heart diseases as well as a strong trigger of neurological diseases, such as the main one being Stroke. Objectives: to analyze the risk of stroke in patients with systemic arterial hypertension using health information systems of the Department of Informatics of the Brazilian National Health System. Methodology: Descriptive, transversal study. Obtained through consultation with the Health Information System (TABNET), using data from the System for the Registration and Monitoring of Hypertensive and Diabetic Patients of the System for Registration and Monitoring of Hypertensive and Diabetic Patients during the period from January 2002 to March 2013 in the Brazil, who live in the Northeast region. A descriptive analysis was performed using the SPSS statistical software, version 20, available free online. Because it is a public domain bank, it was not necessary to submit the project to the Research Ethics Committee. Results: We obtained a total of 119,438 people studied. Being prevalent, the ages ranged from 60 to 64 years with 13.15%, female in 60.07% of the cases, the main risk was very high and high, with 72% of the cases and 27.99% of incomplete data not calculated. Conclusion: Data from the Department of Informatics of the Unified Health System must be fully informed by health professionals in order to ensure the effectiveness of possible studies in the health area.
