ANÁLISE DO PROCESSO PRODUTIVO ATRAVÉS DO MAPEAMENTO DO FLUXO DE VALOR: ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA EMPRESA DE FABRICAÇÃO DE PEÇAS DE REPOSIÇÃO EM ALUMÍNIO
O trabalho apresenta uma aplicação
pratica da utilização do mapeamento do fluxo
de valor para a identificação de desperdícios
relacionados ao pensamento enxuto em uma
empresa de fabricação de peças de reposição de
alumínio. A partir da revisão da literatura acerca
do mapeamento do fluxo de valor e dos sete
desperdícios da produção enxuta, foi traçado
um plano de coleta de dados e informações.
Assim, foi possível reunir o material coletado e
realizar o desenho do mapa de fluxo de valor,
bem como o cálculo do tempo de agregação
de valor e lead time total. A análise do mapa
possibilitou a identificação dos desperdícios no
fluxo de material e no fluxo de informações. Por
fim, a conclusão possibilitou a verificação do uso
da ferramenta estudada como direcionadora
de melhorias, também apresentando algumas
limitações deste trabalho e sugestões para
solução das mesmas.

Abstract:
This work presents a practical
application of the value flow mapping for the
identification of wastes related to lean thinking
in a manufacturing company of aluminum spare
parts. From the literature review on the mapping
of the value stream and the seven wastes of lean
production, a data and information collection
plan was drawn up. Thus, it was possible to
collect the material collected and perform the
value flow map design, as well as the calculation
of the value aggregation time and total lead time.
Map analysis made it possible to identify wastes
in the material flow and information flow. Finally,
the conclusion allowed the verification of the use
of the tool studied as a driver of improvements,
also presenting some limitations of this work
and suggestions for their solution.
