ANÁLISE DO PLANO DE GESTÃO MUNICIPAL INTEGRADA DE RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS DE RIO BRANCO – AC, SOB A ÓTICA DE GESTÃO DE RESÍDUOS DA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL
Visando analisar o Plano Municipal de Gestão Integrada de Resíduos Sólidos de Rio Branco, sob a ótica técnica voltada à gestão de RCC, se desenvolve o estudo. O poder público tem importante papel no controle e gestão dos resíduos de construção civil (RCC). Considerando a análise do PGMIRS e das Políticas Públicas foi possível ponderar acerca dos aspectos da gestão. Resultando da análise, um indicativo de que o plano possui uma boa fundamentação, em contrapartida à pouca efetividade de atuação segundo os propostos. Sendo, portanto, necessária uma maior atenção e cumprimento às disposições do plano.

Abstract:
The government has an important role in the control and management of civil construction waste (CCW). Aiming to analyze the Municipal Plan for Integrated Solid Waste Management in Rio Branco, from a technical perspective aimed at managing CCW, the study is developed. Considering the analysis of the MPISWM and Public Policies, it was possible to consider the aspects of management. Resulting from the analysis, an indication that the plan has a good foundation, in contrast to the low effectiveness of action according to the proposed. Therefore, greater attention and compliance with the provisions of the plan is necessary.
