ANÁLISE DO PERFIL POLUIDOR DAS ATIVIDADES INDUSTRIAIS INSTALADAS NOS MUNICÍPIOS DE MARINGÁ, PAIÇANDU E SARANDI NO PERÍODO DE 2000 A 2015.
A identificação do potencial poluidor de atividades econômicas é uma importante ferramenta no contexto da gestão e planejamento ambiental de áreas urbanas. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo identificar o Potencial Poluidor (Pp) das indústrias instaladas nos municípios de Maringá, Paiçandu e Sarandi, que constituem uma malha conurbada e possuem os parques industriais instalados nos limites de cada município, próximos uns aos outros, contribuindo para o aumento da carga poluidora concentrada em sua área de abrangência. Para tanto, foram analisadas as atividades em funcionamento no período 2000 a 2015 a partir das publicações do Instituto Paranaense do Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (IPARDES) e identificadas suas características nos termos da Lei nº 10.165, de 27.12.2000, complementar à Política Nacional do Meio Ambiente (PNMA). Após a análise das informações, verificou-se que houve um crescimento de 87,2% no total de indústrias instaladas nos municípios no período de 2000 a 2015. Destaca-se que as indústrias possuem, predominantemente, médio Potencial Poluidor, representando 67,2% do total de atividades instaladas em 2015. Outra informação relevante é o fato de o perfil poluidor dos municípios não foi modificado ao longo do período, de forma que 95% das indústrias em atividade apresentam potencial poluidor de Médio e Alto graus, ficando claro, portanto, a necessidade de um planejamento ambiental urbano integrado para os municípios.

Abstract:
The identification of the pollution potential of economic activities is an important tool in the context of environmental management and planning in urban areas. The present work aimed to identify the Pollution Potential (PP) of industrial plants installed in Maringá, Paiçandu and Sarandi, as they constitute a conurbation and have industrial parks located on the limits of each county, the proximity between them contributes to the increased pollution load concentrated in these areas. To do so, the activities between 2000 and 2015 were analyzed based on publications of the Paranaense Institute of Economic and Social Development (IPARDES) and the federal law 10.165, dated 12.27.2000, complementing to the National Policy of the Environment (PNMA). After analyzing the data, an increase of 87,2% in the total number of installed industrial plants was noted between 2000 and 2015 in the region. It is noteworthy that most of the industries analyzed have an average Pollution Potential, representing 67,2% of the total installed activities in 2015. Another relevant information is the fact that the polluter profile of the counties was not modified over the period, in a way that 95% of the active plants exhibit an average to high degree of Pollution Potential, showing therefore a need for an integrated urban environmental plan between the counties
