ANALISE DO PAYBACK DE UM GERADOR FOTOVOLTAICO EM UMA RESIDÊNCIA UNIFAMILIAR NO NOROESTE DO ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL
A busca por alternativas de geração
de energia renovável traz a discussão de um
dos métodos de geração de energia elétrica,
ainda pouco aproveitada no Brasil, as fontes
fotovoltaicas, que podem suprir boa parte da
demanda em crescimento. Assim, é importante
ressaltar os benefícios que a instalação de
fontes de geração fotovoltaica podem ocasionar
aos usuários que implantem o sistema em
suas residências. A pesquisa em questão
busca através de um estudo de caso de uma
residência unifamiliar, analisar a viabilidade de
instalação por meio de uma análise de custobenefício
e o tempo de retorno da instalação
de energia fotovoltaica em uma casa padrão,
comparando os resultados entre os sistemas
monofásico, bifásico e trifásico. Os resultados
obtidos na análise apresentam o tempo de
retorno, verificando se ele ocorre antes de 20
anos de utilização. O sistema que apresentou
menor tempo de retorno foi o monofásico. Além
disso, o estudo traz resultados referentes ao
Valor Presente Líquido (VPL) e a TIR (Taxa
Interna de Retorno) para os três sistemas em
análise.

Abstract:
The search for alternative
renewable energy generation brings the
discussion of one of the methods of electric
power, still little used in Brazil, is through
photovoltaic sources, which can supply a good
part of the growing demand. Thus, it is important
to highlight the benefits that the installation of
photovoltaic generation sources can cause
to the users that implant the system in their
residences. The research in question seeks,
through a case study of a single family dwelling,
to analyze the feasibility of installation, through
a cost-benefit analysis and the time of return,
of the installation of photovoltaic energy in a
standard house, comparing the between singlephase,
two-phase and three-phase systems.
The results obtained in the analysis, were seek to present the time of return, verifying
if it occurs before 20 years of use. The system that presented the least return time
was the single phase. In addition, the study presents results regarding the Net Present
Value (NPV) and the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) for the three systems under analysis.
