ANÁLISE DO INDICADOR DE DESEMPENHO OPERACIONAL “DISTÂNCIA PERCORRIDA PELOS PASSAGEIROS” NOS PRINCIPAIS AEROPORTOS BRASILEIROS
Este trabalho apresenta uma análise do indicador de desempenho operacional “distância percorrida pelos passageiros”, desde a entrada até o embarque nos principais aeroportos brasileiros. Foi empregada uma metodologia utilizando os dados do sistema Hórus da Secretaria Nacional de Aviação Civil. Neste sistema é possível encontrar informações sobre a infraestrutura, operação e desempenho relativos aos aeródromos do país, que são obtidos por meio de entrevistas realizadas com quem os utilizaram. A análise mostra que segundo os parâmetros estabelecidos pela International Air Transport Association (IATA) os aeroportos avaliados possuem notas regulares e ótimas.

Abstract:
This paper presents an analysis of the operational performance indicator “distance traveled by passengers”, from entry to boarding at the main Brazilian airports. A methodology was employed using data from the Horus system of the National Secretariat of Civil Aviation. In this system, it is possible to find information about the infrastructure, operation and performance related to the country's aerodromes, which are obtained through interviews with those who used them. The analysis shows that according to the parameters established by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the evaluated airports have regular and excellent scores.
