ANÁLISE DO IMPACTO SOCIOECONÔMICO FAMILIAR NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL DAS ESCOLAS PÚBLICAS DO MUNICÍPIO DE ARAGUAÍNA-TO
O presente trabalho fará uma
abordagem a respeito dos impactos
socioeconômicos da família do aluno na
Educação infantil no âmbito da Educação
fundamental das escolas públicas do município
de Araguaína-TO, por meio de amostra de
características domiciliares. Os parâmetros
para definição de tais características serão os
estipulados pela lei complementar - LC municipal
nº 29 de 09/12/2014, que dispõe sobre o
Zoneamento Urbano, a Base de Cálculo do IPTU,
bem como altera a Planta de Valores genérica
e altera o Perímetro Urbano do Município de
Araguaína e dá outras providências. Neste
sentindo, a pesquisa confronta a real situação
dos imóveis urbanos da cidade de Araguaína,
partindo-se de uma vertente econômica
estipulada pelo valor venal de cada unidade
habitacional, com a realidade enfrentada pelas
escolas públicas estaduais das séries finais do
ensino fundamental, estabelecida pelos índices
de amostragem fornecidos pelo INEP - Instituto
nacional de estudos e pesquisas educacionais
Anísio Teixeira, órgão ligado ao Ministério da
Educação.

Abstract:
The present work will focus on the
socioeconomic impacts of the student’s family
in the children’s education in the scope of the
fundamental Education of the public schools
of the city of Araguaína-TO, through a sample
of domiciliary characteristics. The parameters
for defining such characteristics will be those
stipulated by the complementary law - Municipal
LC No. 29 of December 9, 2014, which provides
for Urban Zoning, the IPTU Calculation Base, as
well as changes the Generic Valuation Plan and
changes the Urban Perimeter of the Municipality
of Araguaína and gives other measures. In this
sense, the research confronts the real situation
of the urban real estate of the city of Araguaína,
starting from an economic side stipulated by
the venal value of each housing unit, with the
reality faced by the state public schools of the
final series of the basic education, established by the sampling rates provided by INEP
- National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira, organ linked
to the Ministry of Education.
