ANÁLISE DO GRAU DE COMPLETUDE DAS FICHAS DE NOTIFICAÇÃO DA LEISHMANIOSE VISCERAL, DE RESIDENTES DO MUNICÍPIO DE PETROLINA (PE), NO PERÍODO DE 2011 A 2016
A leishmaniose visceral (LV)
é considerada umas das zoonoses mais
importantes da atualidade em que, diante da
sua suspeita, deve ser notificado pelo Sistema
de Informação de Agravos de Notificação
(SINAN). Este estabelece a Ficha Individual
de Notificação (FIN) como instrumento para
preenchimento pelo profissional de saúde.
Objetivou-se analisar a completude do
preenchimento nos casos confirmados para
LV, residentes do município de Petrolina (PE),
no período entre 2011 e 2016. Foi realizado
um estudo avaliativo e descritivo, a partir de
dados secundários, com análise das variáveis
de preenchimento obrigatório e essencial,
identificadas no Roteiro para uso do SINAN
Net. No período estudado foram confirmados
191 casos de LV e analisou-se 18 variáveis.
Utilizou-se um critério de avaliação qualitativa
que subdividiu os campos de preenchimento
em 4 categorias, de acordo com o percentual
de completude. Considerou-se como Categoria
1 os campos preenchidos em 0% a 25% das
fichas analisadas; 25,1% a 50% como 2, 50,1%
a 75% como 3 e de 75,1% a 100% como 4.
Sete variáveis (38,9%) se enquadraram na
Categoria 2, uma (5,5%) na 3 e dez (55,5%) na
Categoria 4. As variáveis Critério de confirmação
(48,69%) e ‘O caso é autóctone do município de
residência?’ (48,69%) foram as que obtiveram
pior proporção de completude. Os resultados
evidenciaram falhas significativas nos campos
das fichas de notificação, o que pode inferir
numa interpretação equivocada dos dados. É
necessário, portanto, o incentivo à educação permanente
dos profissionais de saúde a fim de obtermos informações
mais completas e representativas.

Abstract:
Visceral leishmaniasis (VL) is considered one of the most important
zoonoses present in that, in the face of the your suspicion, must be notified by the
System of Information on Reportable Diseases (SINAN). This establishes the
Individual Record of Notification (FIN) as an instrument to fill by the healthcare
professional. Objective analyze the completeness of the fill in confirmed cases to
LV, residents of the city of Petrolina (PE), in the period between 2011 and 2016. We
conducted a study descriptive and evaluative, from secondary data with analysis of
fill compulsory and essential variables, identified in the Screenplay for use of SINAN
Net. In the period studied were confirmed 191 cases of LV and analyzed 18 variables. A
qualitative evaluation criterion that has split up the fields into 4 categories according
to the percentage of completeness. It was considered as Category 1 the fields filled in
0% to 25% of examined; 25.1% to 50% as 2, 75% to 50.1% as 3 and 75.1% to 100%
in the Category 4. Seven variables (38.9%) fit in Category 2, one (5.5%) in the 3 and
10 (55.5%) in Category 4. The Confirmation Criterion variables (48.69%) and ‹the
case is indigenous to the municipality of residence?’ (48.69%) were those that have
obtained worst proportion of completeness. The results showed significant flaws in
the fields of notification, which may infer a misinterpretation of the data. It is therefore
encouraging the permanent education of health professionals in order to obtain more
complete information and representative.
